OK, so I've never been much of a cook. It takes too much time with the cutting and peeling etc. But tonight i actually cooked something!
It was nothing exciting, just a sweet potato pasta bake but that fact that i did it from start to finish is kinda cool.
I really should cook more often...all those microwave meals aren't doing me much good.
