Just got a call from the other store and it sounds like they want to hire me...but they want me to work weekends and holidays which is when my other job wants me to work, so I think it's safe to say it's not going to happen.
I figure this is Karma's was of giving me a little kick in the ass to remind me that things can easily go back to the way they were before.
I start work Saturday and am quite looking forward to it. Hopefully I'll be getting more hours the closer it gets to Christmas and I'm thinking one job instead of two will be a lot more pleasant. So, OK, I'm not exactly heartbroken and think one job is better than nothing. Don't you?
