Now that I've decided that I'm going to go to grad school, I have to come up with a way to finance it.
I just read an article about how to do this and it really isn't all that reassuring. I highly doubt I'm going to get a grant or fellowship simply because as I'm looking at getting a masters in creative writing, there's not necessarily a huge return on a benefactors money. So it looks like I'm going to get a loan...yikes. The thought of being $40,000 in debt by after just two years totally freaks me out...but a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do.
So I'll be spending the holiday weekend looking for loans, trying to find a job, sorting out applications and possibly organizing stuff for a garage sale. Sounds fun right?
